Our Legal Services Program provides pro bono attorney consultation and representation in court for victims of domestic violence.

 

During an initial legal consultation, FFP’s volunteer attorney will assess the most effective course of legal action needed to protect you  from further victimization and violence. 

 

To participate in Fauquier Faith Partners, Inc. Legal Services Program, you will be required to fill out an application and sign a client agreement before an attorney is assigned to you. Once completed, we will make every effort to provide you with an attorney, based on attorney availability.
