Our faith-based training is provided to former victims of domestic violence with an emphasis on restoration, empowerment and peace to the individual and family unit. We provide biblical truths on subjects of mutuality, relationships, purpose, forgiveness, and love.

…to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit – that they may be called OAKS of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. We believe you have the ability to become a lofty, strong and magnificent Oak! Characteristics of an OAK:

They need light and water to thrive: John 8:12; John 4:14

They have beautiful grain markings (not visible on the outside, but the inside).

They go through seasons -- deciduous: deciduous means the dropping of a part that is no longer needed.

Leaf loss coincides with winter.

Many deciduous plants flower during the period when they are leafless. The absence of leaves increases the visibility of the flowers.

As the cycle repeats itself, growing new leaves requires more resources -- nutrients -- than non-decidious trees.

When we experience the winter seasons of our life, we need more of God's Word -- more Understanding of God's Word.

IT IS WRITTEN: Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.

IT IS WRITTEN: I shall cast all my worries and cares upon Him who cares for me.

IT IS WRITTEN: Thanks be to God, Who in Christ, leads me in triumph.

IT IS WRITTEN: My hope in Jesus is the sure and steadfast anchor of my soul that will not slip nor ever be broken down under whoever steps upon it.

IT IS WRITTEN: He gives power to the faint and weary.

IT IS WRITTEN: Fear not, for I am God; I will help you; I hold your right hand!

Training is available for women and their children, ages 2-12 at no cost and consists of eight sessions.
